The Privacy Policy of Your Small Biz Accountant, LLC (the “Company”), a duly authorized Florida company of the United States of America, describes the personal information collected and recorded by the Company when you (the "User") register for our services or opt-in to receive marketing communications (e.g., a newsletter or promotional emails).

Collection Tools

This privacy policy applies to any information received offline or online. We may collect information from you via the Site, mobile app, email, social media, online chat, instant message, facsimile, SMS, text, telephone, payment transactions, surveys, or postal mail.

Registration Data

We do not require the submission of any personal information while browsing the Site as a visitor. However, we may collect your full name, physical address, email address, and phone number (“Registration Data”) from you to complete the registration process as a User.


When you visit or interact with the Site, we may gather information using cookies, third-party analytics tools and services, or similar technologies to measure traffic and usage trends. Log Files

Log file data includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. The log files use statistics, predictive modeling, mathematics, and machine-learning techniques to find meaningful patterns in recorded data.

Google Analytics

The Company implements Google Analytics to track, monitor and report on Site traffic. Also, we use Google signals which collects visitation information via Google advertising cookies and identifiers and associates it with Google information form accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for ad personalization. Cross Device Reports and may include end user location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google which provides aggregated and anonymous insights into the users’ cross-device behaviors. End users may access or delete such data via Google My Activity and can opt-out of the Google Analytics Advertising Features through their Google Ads Settings, Ad Settings for mobile apps, Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, and the NAI’s consumer opt-out. How We Use Personal Information

We do not rent, sell, or trade your information to unaffiliated third parties. 

  • The Company uses cookies, log files and Google Analytics to improve its services, products, and marketing.

  • The Company uses your personal information to contact you, including for order fulfillment, support requests, marketing, and account-related communications.

When We Share Personal Information

We may share your personal information with the Company’s affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, assigns, merchant processor or contractors who assist with your customer experience. The Company gives business partners and contractors limited access to your information as is reasonably necessary, and we require that said third parties comply with this Privacy Policy or operate under a similar privacy policy.

We may use your payment and order information (e.g., payment card data, billing addresses, phone numbers) with our merchant processor, delivery personnel, and other third-party vendors to fulfill your orders. Some merchants (identified at checkout) may additionally use this info for other purposes permitted under their privacy policies as if you purchased on their external website. If you are a user of the merchant’s services or an account-linking program, the merchant may also use the transaction info according to their program terms. The merchant may compensate us for orders placed through them.

We disclose your personal information

  • if the Company merges with or sells the business to a third-party (we will provide you notice of the transfer or disclosure of your personal information).

  • if the Company has reason to believe that sharing this information may help contact, identify, or bring legal action against someone who may interfere with or cause injury to our rights or property (whether intentionally or unintentionally), or the rights or property of Site users or anyone else potentially harmed by such activities. 

  • as required under a subpoena or court order.

We make every reasonable effort to keep your personal information accurate and up-to-date, and we will provide you with mechanisms to update, correct, or add to your personal information as appropriate. The Company will transmit the amended personal information to the parties mentioned in How We Use Your Personal Information.

The Company keeps user information as long as someone is a customer or until it is no longer needed for legal or business purposes.

For the convenience of our Visitors and Users, the Site may contain links that lead to third-party websites not under our direct control. Accessing these websites is at your own risk (and you should also review the privacy policy of that website).
